We are a leading eCommerce agency based in Sydney partnering with some of Australia’s most recognisable retail and lifestyle brands. Our team of digital experts deliver full funnel growth strategies across paid media, SEO, CRM, CRO and affiliate marketing. As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and optimise affiliate programmes for a portfolio of key clients. You’ll join a collaborative and innovative team that values creativity, accountability and results‑driven performance in a supportive environment that rewards initiative. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? As Affiliate Marketing Manager you’ll take ownership of client affiliate programmes, overseeing strategy, execution and optimisation. You’ll manage day‑to‑day relationships with affiliate networks and publishers, negotiate commercial agreements and deliver campaigns that drive measurable ROI. You’ll collaborate with internal paid media, SEO and strategy teams to ensure cohesive performance marketing activity across channels. You’ll analyse performance data to identify new opportunities for growth, manage client reporting and deliver actionable insights that strengthen partnerships and drive success. You’ll also stay ahead of industry trends to identify new affiliate technologies and publisher opportunities that can enhance client performance. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE? 3 to 5 years of experience in affiliate or partnership marketing ideally within an agency or eCommerce environment Strong technical understanding of affiliate tracking platforms, networks and performance metrics Confident managing client relationships, negotiating with partners and delivering campaign results to senior stakeholders Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at once Please either apply by clicking online or emailing me directly at .
