Project Manager - Multi Disciplinary - Water Infrastructure Jaydo Construction is an Australian-owned company with over 50 years of experience in Contracting and Construction Services for the Civil Water & Sewerage Infrastructure Industry. We are specialists in complex water and sewer infrastructure projects and are known for delivering successful outcomes in drainage, water, sewer, pump stations, water storage, and wetland infrastructure projects across various authorities, local governments, and the land development industry. About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented multi-disciplinary Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the delivery of civil and electrical water infrastructure projects in the water and sewerage sector. This role is best suited to someone with a strong foundation in civil construction and an interest in the planning and execution side of project delivery—including forecasting, programming, construction methodology development, and stakeholder coordination . Candidates with 5-7 years of experience in the civil construction industry are encouraged to apply. Water industry experience will be viewed favourably. Would consider someone with Mechanical / Civil / Structural or Industry Specific Background Key Responsibilities Planning and delivery of water infrastructure projects in Victoria. Development of project programs, including look-ahead schedules and progress tracking. Collaborate with Delivery Managers to develop construction methodologies and staging plans. Work closely with site teams to align project plans with actual delivery requirements. Responsible for project forecasting and resource planning activities. Relationship management with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards throughout all project phases. Support risk management and mitigation planning across assigned projects. Strong interest in project planning, forecasting, and methodology development. An analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems. Effective communicator who can liaise confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders. Motivated to develop professionally and pursue a long-term career in civil infrastructure. Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. Skills and Experience Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related field. 3 – 5 years' experience in the Civil Construction industry (ideally including water-related infrastructure). Experience with construction programs and scheduling tools is advantageous. Experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment will be held in high regard. Construction Induction Card.
