Aesthetic Building & Facades – Blacktown NSW Aesthetic Building & Facades Pty Ltd are a Sydney based construction company that specialise in facades, building remediation and cladding systems within the building commercial sector. We hold a solid reputation within NSW, known for our high standards and quality of workmanship. We are currently seeking an experienced Facades Draftperson. Responsibilities Prepare detailed facades drawings and plans for project works in accordance with structural calculations. Calculate required materials and assist with production procedures. Inspect site conditions and job progress onsite. Document product design and presentation drawings for projects. Use AutoCAD to complete relevant tasks. Interpret hand drawn panel layouts into CAD drawings. Convert CAD drawings to CNC files and send to machine (Multicam). Plan and schedule/program CNC cutting jobs. Liaise with a structural engineer for strict quality assurance requirements. Liaise with a project manager to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met. Skills & Experience Required At least two years of relevant experience in a construction engineering environment. Experience in drafting external cladding and façade design will be an advantage. Diploma or higher qualification in relevant study. Fluent in AutoCAD, Autodesk inventor & Revit. Fluent in Microsoft office (Word & Excel). Analytical and problem‑solving skills. Professional communication skills, punctuality and reliability. Time management and ability to meet deadline. Must be independent but have strong ability to work in a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
