Overview Building Designer – Draftsperson – ArchitectSalary: $80,000 - $100,000 + super tailored to experienceLocation: BroadbeachFull time position – Monday to Friday Our client is focused on delivering exquisite custom designed homes, renovations that ooze the ‘wow’ factor, knock down rebuilds that influencers magnify their branding on ‘socials’, duplex & townhouses with fresh ideas & facades for high end developers, commercial builds that are unique and award-winning designs. About you Relevant qualification, with a strong foundation in residential construction Creative mindset, focused approach and technical expertise Proven track record of interpreting complex client briefs and delivering tailored design outcomes Understanding of design needs, specific requirements and build budget Proficient in Archicad and 3D rendering Strong understanding of BCA, NCC, and LGA regulations, ensuring full compliance throughout the design and approval process Focus on custom new homes, renovations, knock down rebuilds and expansive outdoor spaces Duties and responsibilities Create initial concept through to detailed construction drawings Deliver high-end residential designs in the millions Contribute creative solutions, presenting fresh ideas that align with project & client goals Achieve performance targets, while upholding standards of design quality and precision Produce comprehensive, accurate building design concepts and building plans using Archicad Ensure seamless execution, compliance and client-focused approach If you are looking to become part of a team a building design company that delivers excellence, supports each employee's growth, and rewards their employees, apply now.
