The Role This positionis responsible forleading the successful delivery of the Digital Metering Pilot, ensuring projectobjectivesare met on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. The role will drive project momentum through robust planning, proactive issue resolution, and strong stakeholder engagement. A key focus will bemaintainingcompliance, promoting safety, and fostering continuous improvement across all phases of the project. Lead the full project life cycle, including design, procurement, installation, acceptance testing, handover, and defects liability - ensuring alignment with projectobjectives. Operate with a high degree of autonomy and independence. Drive continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes and implementing enhancements across project phases. Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to support effective communication and project alignment. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, risk registers, progress reports, compliance checklists, and stakeholder communications. Proven experience leading complex projects, ideally within utilities, technology, or similar operational environments. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities across technical and non-technical groups. Formal tertiary qualifications in Project Management, or equivalent relevant competency. Minimum3+yearsexperiencedelivering complexproject’s. Experience with leading others through change and meeting deliverables efficiently and effectively. The Details This role can be based in either Hobart, Launceston, or Devonport and attracts a salary of $131,265 - $145,850 (inclusive of superannuation), negotiable dependent on experience.
