SEDA College WA is seeking an IT Technician to join our Business Services team in a full‑time role. Part‑time flexibility can be negotiated for those currently studying. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of the College’s digital systems. In this hands‑on role you’ll support staff and students by providing responsive technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure and helping deliver technology projects that enhance teaching, learning and day‑to‑day College operations. ABOUT THE ROLE - HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE As an IT Technician you’ll work closely with the IT Manager to: Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support and manage helpdesk requests Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware and network issues Support and maintain Microsoft 365 cloud and on‑premises systems Assist with system monitoring, updates and maintenance Support staff and students with classroom media and AV technology Contribute to IT improvement projects and process documentation Collaborate with staff and external providers to deliver reliable IT services This role offers variety, collaboration and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the digital learning experience for students and staff. Essential Solid technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills Experience providing Level 1 & 2 IT support Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud and common operating systems Strong communication and customer service skills Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance and Driver’s Licence Desirable Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID or ITIL service delivery Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, SQL) or AV/classroom technology WHY JOIN SEDA COLLEGE WA At SEDA College WA we’re more than a workplace – we’re a values‑driven community.
