Join SJ Electric as a Graduate Control Systems Engineer in Brisbane, developing control system integration solutions across multiple projects within a leading electrical service provider. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Participate in electrical and control system integration designs from concept through to detailed design and testing Interface with project delivery and electrical engineering teams Work with the project process engineer to ensure functional requirements of the control system are understood and delivered Participate in design reviews to ensure high quality of all produced work Collaborate with vendors, sub-consultants, and other SCEE group business units to provide innovative solutions Ensure designs are safe and meet industry standards Work with electrical trades to understand practicalities for installation of control systems and network equipment Assist estimators and/or bid managers to ensure correct specification of control system and network equipment Maintain constructive and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders Provide onsite commissioning support when required About You The company is looking for: A recent graduate or undergraduate able to work full-time Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited Australian university in Mechatronics, Electrical, Software engineering, or related field Understanding of software design principles from requirements identification to execution Interest in detail and efficient application of knowledgeDemonstrated personal leadership High attention to detail Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with good time management High computer literacy, especially MS Excel and MS Office suite Compensation & Benefits Market leading remuneration Salary sacrifice options Additional employee benefits Training & Development Opportunities for professional development and learning from experienced engineers within a supportive team environment.
