Job Description Integrated Team Leader (Adults Using Family Violence Services) – Orange Door The Team Leader will provide operational and clinical management, leadership and delivery of the family violence intake and assessment services at the Orange Door – a support and safety hub for women and children. Based in Broadmeadow, the role collaborates across the Hume Merri Beck Area Orange Door and with partner organisations to optimise clinical outcomes and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Provide operational and clinical management of the Orange Door intake and assessment services. Lead and coach the team, offering clinical leadership and direction. Collaborate across relevant functions of the Hume Merri Beck Area Orange Door within a matrix framework. Work closely with DPV Health management to optimise clinical and business outcomes. Support delivery of evidence‑based, cost‑effective, innovative and efficient care to clients. Develop and mentor practitioners working with men who use family violence and their families. Maintain and improve quality of care, coordinated service delivery, and outcomes for women, children and families. Apply an intersectional lens across all client work. Desired Skills and Experience Extensive experience in leading specialist family violence professionals. Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and manage stakeholder relationships. Strong commitment to quality care, coordinated service delivery, and outcome improvement. Knowledge of intersectionality and capacity to embed it within practice. Capability to partner with community service organisations and Family Safety Victoria. Experience working within a wholistic practice framework in conjunction with other programs.
