Support the design and development of a market-leading loyalty customer value propositionand forge strategic data partnerships that enhance member engagement and unlock incremental growth. North Sydney - Hybrid role Our client is redefining pet-care loyalty with a commitment to exceptional service, meaningful rewards, and long-lasting member relationships. From earning points on everyday purchases to unlocking exclusive perks through their membership program, they deliver care and benefits that truly elevate the customer experience in the pet-care industry. Key responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day delivery of the loyalty program, campaigns and key partnerships, troubleshooting issues with tech and operational teams. Analyse and report on loyalty performance, customer behaviour, growth forecasts and commercial outcomes to inform strategy and optimise member experience. Drive continuous improvement through testing, measurement, and insights, defining key metrics and supporting post-campaign analysis. Partner with the GM, CRM, and cross-functional teams to shape loyalty strategy, enhance data capabilities, and identify new opportunities. Lead initiatives, manage projects, mitigate risks, and contribute to business cases and presentations that support program evolution and customer value. Identify and carve out new opportunities within the loyalty ecosystem Drive personalisation strategies and optimise customer journeys Take ownership of churn reduction initiatives Skills and experience required: 5-8 years in a similar strategy and partnerships role with a strong retail and commercial focus Retail Loyalty Experience with exposure in program development and implementation Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (Commerce, Business, Finance) Data driven loyalty marketer with a strong commercial sense and capable of deriving insights from structured data to inform strategic direction Knowledge and experience of using Loyalty Platforms, Marketing tools and CRM expertise. What you'll bring to the role: Strong understanding of loyalty concepts and their application to leverage across the business Solid stakeholder management skills to create relationships Ability to understand data and use insights to influence day-to-day loyalty Experience in complex environments and comfort with a fast-paced, dynamic role "Can do" mentality, able to take ownership and execute Ability to navigate ambiguity due to the evolving nature of the loyalty program #J-18808-Ljbffr
