CRM & Loyalty Manager – Seafolly Passionate about using data to build loyalty and drive growth? We need a CRM & Loyalty Manager to deliver smart, data‑driven strategies across email automation, SMS, and our loyalty program, to boost engagement and reduce churn. In This Role, You Will Be the driving force behind our email automation and loyalty strategies across three iconic brands. Analyse customer data and behaviour insights to deliver messaging that resonates at every stage of the lifecycle journey. Use data‑driven insights to develop segmentation and automation strategies to boost engagement and revenue. Collaborate with Ecommerce and Marketing to deliver customer‑driven insights for all email and SMS campaigns. Lead the evolution of our omnichannel loyalty program to increase retention and advocacy with a seamless omni channel experience. Analyse performance data to identify opportunities to continuously improve campaigns and workflows. Optimise CRM platform capabilities and explore custom developments to support commercial goals. Ensure compliance with privacy and spam regulations while maintaining best practice list hygiene. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in CRM, marketing automation, customer behaviour, loyalty programs, and retention/re‑engagement strategies. High competency in data analysis and web analytics tools. Strong analytical skills with platforms like Klaviyo and Google Analytics. A collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams. Problem‑solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and exceptional customer experiences. Familiarity with SQL highly advantageous.
