As we continue expanding across Australia, we’re looking for a CRM & Loyalty Marketing Manager to elevate our customer journey and strengthen how guests experience our brand. About the Role You’ll lead the strategy, roadmap and execution of CRM and loyalty across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the El Jannah App, website journeys and lifecycle programs. Your work will shape personalised communication, remove friction and lift repeat visitation across both digital and in‑restaurant experiences. This role blends strategy with hands‑on delivery and partners closely with Marketing, IT, Operations, Product and Franchise teams. You Will Lead CRM and loyalty strategy, governance and platform ownership Build automated lifecycle journeys that drive repeat visits and retention Deliver CRM campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push and in‑app Use data and segmentation to personalise the customer experience Map and optimise digital and restaurant journeys Support new restaurant openings with CRM activation Lead insights, reporting and continuous optimisation Coach and develop CRM capability across the organisation About You You’re a CRM specialist who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You understand how data, automation and customer insight fuel commercial growth and loyalty. You’ll Bring 7–10 years’ CRM/lifecycle experience, including leadership Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience Proven success building lifecycle journeys and driving performance Experience in QSR/retail (preferred) Strong analytical capability and technical skills (SQL, HTML/CSS/AMPScript) Clear communication and stakeholder influence skills Why El Jannah?
