Find out how this role could work for you. Period of employment / Hours: Fixed term full-time day work (part‑time hours may be considered by negotiation) commencing ASAP for a period of 2 years. Location: Duties: Primary Purpose / Focus : Contribute to and support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects and branch activities in accordance with approved strategies, governance frameworks, and business priorities. Collaborate with Homes Tasmania’s business units, vendors, and stakeholders by providing high-quality administrative, governance, and secretariat support to enable transparent reporting, effective engagement, and consistent project outcomes. Contribute to the building of an inclusive and collaborative team environment across the ITMS Branch, supporting the smooth operation of branch priorities and enabling Homes Tasmania to achieve its stated objectives. Skills and experience : Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and coordinate administrative and logistical functions across a branch or project, supporting the smooth delivery of projects or business operations, together with proven experience in applying planning tools such as prioritisation, collision planning, and work program coordination. Proven experience in supporting governance, procurement, and reporting processes, including preparing accurate records, assisting with contract administration, reviewing complex documentation, and ensuring compliance with organisational and government standards. Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain, and manage project documentation, together with the proven capacity to provide high‑quality secretariat support for governance bodies (e.g., Steering Committees), including the preparation and distribution of, agendas, papers, minutes, registers and schedules (risks, issues, actions, and decisions).
