With seven offices throughout The Opportunity Join a dynamic team evolving to meet the growth strategy of the business Collaborate with Project Managers throughout the Project Lifecycle with project set-ups, invoicing, reporting and close outs in our ERP system As ERP super user collaborate with Project Managers in all aspects of project commerciality, including upholding data integrity throughout the project life cycle Provide training to team members in the use of ERP Assist in documenting and communicating operational policies and procedures Collaborate with the Finance Team and troubleshoot ad hoc queries Have variety in your day by working across multiple markets and clients What you bring We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who can take ownership of tasks, prioritise and work in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. You will enjoy working autonomously whilst still being part of a national team. Some of your experience will include: 3+ years’ experience in project finance Strong analytical skills Proficient MS Excel knowledge + MS Office suite Previous ERP system experience highly regarded You have an eye for detail, enjoy problem solving and coming up with process improvement and efficiencies.
