This is an entry-level pathway role that is perfect for future Parts, Supply Chain, and or Operations leaders. What You'll Be Doing: This hands‑on position blends physical warehouse activity with structured learning and full exposure to our advanced systems. Warehouse Operations: Receive, put‑away, pick, and dispatch parts accurately and efficiently. Maintain warehouse presentation and high safety standards. Inventory & Logistics: Conduct cycle counts and stock adjustments, coordinate inbound freight, assist with replenishment from our central DC (Trewin Street, Ballarat) and local suppliers. SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud: Operate our core ERP system for all goods movement and learn essential parts and service processes. (Full training provided) Dealership Support: Work collaboratively to support workshop efficiency by supplying parts to Service Technicians and assisting trade customers at the front counter.
