We're looking for a talented and passionate Accounts Payable professional to join our full time team. About the role We are seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join our Food and Beverage Team. We are looking for an outgoing and energetic individual who can assist with and oversee all areas of administration across the Food and Beverage Department. The Food and Beverage Department manages 14 food, beverage and merchandise outlets. We are looking for an individual who wants to work in a fun, fast paced environment, someone who has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, outstanding customers service with administrative experience. You will be working under the direct guidance of our Head of Food and Beverage and Food and Beverage Duty Managers. Duties include but not limited to: Assisting with rostering preparation Assisting with rostering implementation on operational days Assisting with staff management on operational days Accepting deliveries to site and processing delivery invoices Overseeing stock management and stock movement across the 14 food, beverage and merchandise outlets Verifying POS transactions are recorded correctly Daily management of registers including Waste Log and Stock on Hand Ensuring compliance at all times with Food Safety regulations and standards Assisting the Food and Beverage management team with ad hoc administrative tasks Assisting the Food and Beverage team with food preparation and food service at various times About You To be considered for one of these exciting roles, you must: Have at least 12 months experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. Must have excellent availability throughout December & January as well as being available for some evening work. Available to work Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent organisational skills High attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional time-management A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a team environment Casual Role with immediate start Permanent position available with growth opportunities for the right candidate Opportunity for 30 plus hours of work per week Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
