Together, we can change the way digital works.We can offer:Unbeatable career development opportunities and mentoringFlexible working arrangements centered on work / life balanceState of the art tools – we have a dedicated internal tools teamA social culture with a well-being focus - yoga, nutrition, meditation + moreYour purpose:The Head of BI will develop strong relationships across OMG to advance a data driven culture, utilise BI to drive data lead business insights and analysis to enhance strategic business decisions.Your Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of BI reports that can be rolled out at scale across the Agency GroupDevelop and maintain a data model to combine all Digital Media Ads dataDevelop data transfer structures from API vendors, creating strong foundation on which to build out reporting solutionsManage a small team of BI analysts and oversee the creation of dashboards and reportsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insightsCommunicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels3-5 years proven experience in a BI role within the media, marketing or advertising industry (or similar), with a focus on digital mediaStrong analytical skills and experience with BI tools and data visualization software – Power BI, Alteryx, SQL (SSMS or AWS Redshift)Excellent leadership and project management abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExceptional communication and presentation skillsDoes this sound like a you?
