Position Overview We are excited to be recruiting for both a full-time Licensed Property Manager and an Assistant Property Manager to join our growing Stepney team. Whether you’re an experienced manager or looking to take the next step in your property management career, we’d love to hear from you. The successful candidates will be people-focused, strong communicators, and confident in navigating South Australia’s property management legislation. Key Responsibilities Manage or assist in managing a portfolio of residential properties, including routine inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations. Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants to ensure strong relationships and positive outcomes. Conduct or support tenant screening processes, including reference checks and rental history verification. Prepare and manage lease agreements, rent collection, and rental arrears. Stay informed on SA residential tenancy legislation to ensure compliance. Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to grow our landlord and tenant network. Requirements For Property Manager: Current South Australian Property Management licence is essential. For Assistant Property Manager: A licence is preferred but not essential for the right candidate willing to obtain one. Experience in property management (SA experience preferred). Strong understanding of residential tenancy laws. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. High attention to detail and commitment to customer service. Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office. Full-time availability preferred.
