Bundaberg Garage Doors (BGD) is licensed as B&D Garage Doors Bundaberg offering the full B&D range of Sectional Doors and hardware. About the role Located in Bundaberg East & reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for: Answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to general inquiries in a courteous and professional manner Liaising with Sales team, installation teams and service teams to ensure efficiency in their day to day requirements Scheduling service technicians efficiently Coordinating with all stakeholders within the business to achieve outstanding outcomes for our clients Day to Day tasks include: Scheduling staff Assisting office team to ensure efficient operation of the business Booking sales appointments, installations and servicing Assisting customers in the showroom Actioning lead generation Marketing – Social Media posts on facebook and instagram Future Growth Following successful training period and meeting competency requirements, you will become an integral part of our business growth objectives. We endeavour to continually support and develop our staff to ensure their career objectives can be met. About You The desired candidate will be based in Bundaberg and will have flexible part time hours available. This role would suit a working mum, or someone looking to take a step back from full time work. The hours can be split across 5 days a week or 3 days a week depending on your preferences. Ideally, you will possess: Energetic & Enthusiastic Strong customer focus with exceptional customer service & people skills Previous experience with job management software such as SIMPRO highly desirable Experience with Xero People person who enjoys being part of a team What’s on Offer Our staff are our business.
