We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Workshop Assistant to join our team in Wallerawang, NSW . This is a full-time, permanent role that offers variety and hands‑on involvement in both customer service and workshop operations. About the Role In this dual‑role position, you will be responsible for: Answering incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner Entering and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Assisting in the workshop to build and assemble hydraulic hoses to specification Supporting day‑to‑day operations to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner About You To succeed in this role, you will ideally have: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills and attention to detail for order entry A willingness to assist with hands‑on workshop tasks (full training provided) A strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset The ability to work full‑time onsite in Wallerawang, NSW This role would suit someone living in the Blue Mountains region or nearby, or someone willing to commute to Wallerawang daily via car.
