Linking the industry’s most trusted brands with the best local contractors.LYNCS takes pride in providing an industry-leading service, specialising in tailoring comprehensive preventative maintenance programs and delivering real-time information through an exceptionally efficient cloud-based communications platform.We are on the search for an experienced highly motivated individual to take on the key role of Head of Technical Services within our team.ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the Director, the Head of Technical Services will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our technical network. This will be achieved through conducting manufacturer endorsed technical training sessions for all technical contractors in addition to providing triage support for the network.As a key leader of LYNCS, the Head of Technical Services will contribute significantly to the overall success and growth of the organization by aligning technical strategies with business objectives and promoting a forward-looking approach to technology.A typical day will includeTraining delivery and supportService quality assuranceProviding clear, accurate and timely technical bulletins for contractor networkWorking with equipment manufacturers to optimise service methodologyManaging the service coordinating teamABOUT YOUYou will utilise your knowledge gained from your technical service background and pride yourself on outstanding training and supplier relationship management, as well as your organisational skills.To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and attributes:An understanding of spare parts inventory managementThorough technical knowledge of coffee equipmentThe ability to train multiple sub-contractor technicians with varying levels of experienceAbility to develop and maintain long term internal and external relationshipsProficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent project management skillsAttention to detail and follow upThe ability to prioritise and ensure tasks are completedExcellent organisational and interpersonal skillsWhy Join Us?You will be working with leading global coffee equipment manufacturers and joining a team of like-minded professionals that are passionate about innovation, quality and making every connection count.We will provide you with training, ongoing career and development opportunities and a competitive salary package.Want to learn more?Click apply to register your interest.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Head of Technical Services?Do you have customer service experience?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Have you worked in a role which requires fault finding experience?Report this job advert
