Your new company
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this government agency, who is embedded within the racing industry is seeking a Head of People Services to lead a small team, driving generalist HR activities, including performance, safety and wellbeing, talent and retention on either an ongoing, fixed-term or temporary basis.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar experience
Demonstrated experience working within a similar role as a Head of HR leading generalist HR activities, including workplace relations, change management, people operations, organisational development and leading enterprise bargaining agreements
Proven people leadership experience is critical
Established experience within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is highly regarded, and is preferred
