Are you a platform-minded Technical Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution? FrankieOne is seeking an experienced TPM to drive the roadmap and delivery of our internal Developer Platform — the foundation that accelerates product teams across the company. You’ll collaborate with engineering, architecture, and product leaders to deliver services like Data Object Services (DOS), Unified Workflow Engine (UWE), Ops Panel, and B2B CIAM, ensuring platform scalability, security, and internal developer delight. As a Technical Product Manager (TPM), you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and driving FrankieOne’s Developer Platform vision — ensuring every product team can build production-grade, secure, and scalable applications with speed and confidence. This is your opportunity to shape the backbone of FrankieOne’s technology ecosystem — from application and data services to workflow automation, AI integrations, and internal developer experience. Your Role Platform Ownership: Define, prioritize, and deliver the platform roadmap aligned with company goals. Own services that power FrankieOne’s products. Strategic Alignment :Act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, and Leadership — ensuring every platform initiative accelerates time-to-market for product teams and aligns with business priorities. Execution Leadership :Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Delivery Leads to convert vision into executable epics and deliver on time, quality, and impact. Developer Experience (DevX) :Champion developer productivity, velocity, and satisfaction through intuitive tooling, automation, and documentation. Data & AI Enablement :Ensure the platform supports scalable, secure data and AI capabilities — including data services, governance, and observability. Stakeholder Collaboration :Engage key internal customers (Product, Engineering, Security, and DevSecOps) to identify needs, gather feedback, and deliver measurable improvements. Your Skills and Experience Proven AI Experience: Recent experience building AI applications with end-to-end ownership. Full-Stack Expertise: 10+ years of Agile engineering experience using JS-based frameworks (specifically React) and 5+ years developing and supporting Full Stack TS-based SaaS applications in AWS/Cloud. Data, AI & Architecture: Deep understanding of AI and data architecture, including experience with integrations (REST, MCP, A2A,AG-UI), AI gateways/routers, guardrails, context management, and prompt management and typescript or golang based AI frameworks such as mastra. Hands-On Implementation: Proficiency in designing and implementing frontend and backend solutions, working with APIs, databases, and cloud services. Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ideally, You Also Have AWS Certifications (Machine Learning Specialty, Developer, Solutions Architect). Experience with React, Typescript (nodejs), Golang or Python. A passion for automation and No/Low Code tools. Experience working in a fintech startup providing B2B SaaS services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
