Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Order Coordinator / Project Manager to join our Sydney, NSW team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy across purchase orders and overseeing the timely delivery and install of goods. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to provide outstanding service and support. Key responsibilities include streamlining operational processes, managing project timelines, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring all project milestones are met to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications Strong skills in order management, order processing, and purchase order administration Excellent communication and customer service capabilities Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines Proficiency with software tools and systems related to order tracking and project management Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and onsite installers Minimum 2+ years in order coordination, operations or admin within furniture, interiors or a related industry The ability to create mill drawings for customer approval is an advantage Previous experience in the commercial furniture industry or a related field is preferred Valid driver's licence #J-18808-Ljbffr
