Role Description We are seeking a full‑time, Order and Project Coordinator to join our Sydney, NSW team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate end‑to‑end order processing, ensuring accuracy across purchase orders and overseeing the timely delivery and install of goods. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to provide outstanding service and support. Key responsibilities include streamlining operational processes, managing project timelines, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring all project milestones are met to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Candidates must be assessed on a case‑by‑case basis for Australian work authorisation requirements. Qualifications Strong skills in order management, order processing, and purchase order administration A minimum of 1‑2 years of order management and processing experience is required Excellent communication and customer service capabilities Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines Proficiency with software tools and systems related to order tracking and project management Proficiency in industry‑specific software tools and systems for order tracking and project management is essential Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and onsite installers Ability to create mill drawings for customer approval is an advantage Previous experience in the commercial furniture industry or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
