Acoustic Blinds and Curtains – Artarmon NSW Acoustic Blinds and Curtains is a specialist provider of custom acoustic blinds, curtains, and soft‑furnishing solutions for both commercial and residential projects. Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a full‑time Project Coordinator to join our team in Artarmon, NSW. This role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting end‑to‑end project activities to ensure high‑quality delivery of tailored acoustic window furnishings. The position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple customised projects involving detailed measurements, fabrication timelines, site scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and administer project schedules from quotation through to installation of acoustic blinds, curtains, and related soft‑furnishing products. Liaise with clients, installers, and internal project teams to ensure accurate information, measurements, timelines, and site requirements are clearly communicated. Prepare project documentation including quotations, order confirmations, variation requests, installation notes, and post‑installation reports. Arrange and track procurement of materials, liaise with suppliers, and monitor delivery timelines. Coordinate installer scheduling, installation workflows, and site readiness. Maintain detailed project records, job files, drawings, client selections, and compliance documentation. Assist with project budgeting, tracking labour and material costs, and recording variations. Monitor project progress, identify delays or risks, and elevate issues as required. Support quality assurance processes and continuous improvement across project operations. Skills & Experience At least a Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Project Management, or related studies. Minimum 1‑year full‑time post‑qualification experience as a Project Coordinator. Previous experience in project coordination within manufacturing, construction, or similar project‑driven environments is highly favoured. Strong organisational and multi‑tasking abilities with excellent attention to detail. Ability to interpret measurements, site information, drawings, and technical specifications (training provided). Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and supplier liaison. Competency in Microsoft Office and/or project management software.
