This is a senior, technically focused role within a high-performing finance function, ideal for a technically strong accounting professional looking to move into a true group-level leadership position. The Role Preparation and oversight of statutory financial statements ASX reporting and market disclosures Treasury accounting and related technical matters Development of technical accounting position papers Complex accounting assessments and interpretation of accounting standards Supporting audits and managing key external stakeholder relationships Continuous improvement of financial reporting processes and controls This role will operate as a technical authority for the group and play a key role in shaping best-practice financial reporting frameworks. About You This opportunity would suit someone who is: Big 4 trained, ideally at Senior Manager or Director level, looking to transition into industry Alternatively, Big 4 trained with experience in large, ASX-listed or infrastructure-style environments Technically strong across Australian Accounting Standards and complex group structures Confident in preparing technical accounting papers and communicating issues clearly A strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Why This Role This is a rare opportunity to join a nationally recognised, operationally complex business with genuine scale and impact.
