We pride ourselves on excellent workmanship and high-quality products for commercial builder clients across Victoria. \3>Role Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in 2026 (ideally with some estimating experience) for a full-time role based in Mulgrave, Victoria, with flexibility to attend project sites as required. The successful candidate will oversee projects from inception to completion, manage timelines and budgets, support estimating activities and work closely with clients, stakeholders and suppliers. The Project Manager / Senior Estimator will collaborate closely with our Director and estimating team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and delegate tasks to project staff, ensuring work meets specifications and quality standards Liaise with customers, architects, builders and suppliers via phone, email and on site Manage client requirements and expectations across each project Prepare for and attend tender interviews Work proactively with the estimating, manufacturing and installation teams Manage procurement requirements for project orders in collaboration with the estimating team Attend sites to resolve installation issues with our installation team and subcontractors Identify and solve technical issues, providing practical solutions Develop a strong understanding of product specifications and applications (with support to learn new products) Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, quantity surveying or related field Five plus years of experience in project management or estimating within construction or a related industry Strong understanding of project management methodologies Proven ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications, prepare proposals and conduct site evaluations Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts simply Leadership skills with experience motivating teams, managing deadlines and resolving conflict Prior experience working with estimators or project delivery teams Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
