About The Opportunity Join OKX’s dynamic creative studio within our Brand Design team and help create world‑class design for our rapidly growing cryptocurrency exchange platform. Reporting to the APAC Brand Design Lead, the role will deliver compelling design across YouTube, social media, web, editorial content, education, branding, digital marketing, campaigns, and events. We are looking for a strong designer who excels at turning creative concepts into finished products, and who mentors junior teammates. The role can be based in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Sydney; please indicate your preferred location when applying. What You’ll Be Doing Take ownership of high‑priority projects and deliver senior‑designer level work. Lead the development and execution of creative materials from brief through concepting, production, and final deliverables. Ensure design consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints, including product design, campaigns, web pages, and event design. Partner effectively with global stakeholders across marketing, product, and local teams. Creative Operations Streamline production processes for efficiency. Maintain an omni‑channel approach across Content, Social Media, PR, Local Marketing, Product, and Digital Media. Define and evolve brand guidelines and asset requirements. Team and Relationship Management Foster a positive and innovative team culture. Support team development and mentorship. Build strong relationships with cross‑functional teams. What We Look For In You 5+ years of experience as a senior brand or visual designer in‑house or at an agency, working for global or regional brands and/or clients. Design generalist with proven creative direction across branding, social media, event design, motion design, and 3D. Strong portfolio that demonstrates strategic, conceptual, and design prowess through visually compelling work. Mastery of design tools: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop (After Effects a plus). Experience with Generative AI and using AI in the creative process. Excellent problem‑solving skills, mastery of composition, typography, color, and visual aesthetics. Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for craft, branding, animation, and design. Nice to Haves Video and/or motion experience. 3D experience. Copywriting experience. Crypto or FinTech background. Mandarin speaking ability (not required).
