Physiotherapist or Sports Physiotherapist (Full or Part Time) Richmond High Line Active is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist/Sports Physiotherapist to join our team in our Richmond, VIC location. This could be a full-time or part - time role and will involve providing high-quality physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation services to our clinic community of local office based clients, wider family community and professional and amateur athletes. What you'll be doing Assessing, diagnosing and treating patients with sports and musculoskeletal injuries, pain, and movement dysfunction using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques. High manual therapy skills required. Managing a caseload of our professional community clients of all ages plus input with our professional athletes and teams. A level of autonomy is required in this role due to the nature of high level clients. We will provide mentoring and support but this role is not suitable for new graduates. Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans to help patients recover, improve function, and prevent further injury. Strong manual therapy input with all clients plus gym/fitness or pilates 1:1 or group training. Strength and Conditioning experience a bonus. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team. Maintaining detailed patient records and completing all necessary clinic administrative tasks. Contribution to clinic marketing, social media and educational campaigns. Participating in relevant professional development activities to stay up to date with industry best practices. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy. Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance, First Aid Qualification. Strength and Conditioning and/or Pilates qualifications a bonus. Experience with concussion management an advantage. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably with a focus on sports/musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills, (manual therapy) with the ability to develop customised rehabilitation programs and S+C training plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
