THE ROLE With a focus on Mining & Industrial tenders, you will ensure the timely delivery of detailed tender cost estimates and tender submissions. Reporting to the Remediation Estimating Lead. Deliver detailed cost estimates and tender submissions Balcatta office, Monday – Friday Opportunity for Estimator to step up to a Senior role Prepare and develop accurate cost estimates from first principles Detailed and accurate quantity take-offs Attend site visits as required Risk & Opportunity assessment Prepare RFIs and tender clarifications Compile clear and concise scopes of works Liaise with company Subject Matter Experts Develop construction methodologies, programs and submission documentation Tender handover & support to operations team ABOUT YOU Experience in the resources maintenance field Ability to build up co s conss cost estimate from first principles Marine experience desirable Strong interpersonal skills, confidence and professionalism A strong financial and commercial acumen High level attention to detail Ability to coordinate multiple tenders & deadlines Ability to present your estimates to Senior Management for approval to submit Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management / Quantity Surveying / Engineering or similar Pronamics Expert Estimation or similar software MS Project experience MS Office proficiency THE BENEFITS Opportunity to thrive, develop and grow in a supportive environment Ongoing rewards & recognition programs Company paid parental leave Employee referral programs up to $2000 Weekly pay cycle Salary sacrifice options Employee Assistance Program Novated lease options Discounted health and wellbeing services First Aid and Mental First Aid Support Officers available Please submit your resume today and one of our friendly recruiters will be in touch with next steps.
