Legal Assistant | Workplace Advisory and Disputes | Melbourne To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in professional services preferably in the legal sector. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills Strong organisational and time management skills Self-starter who is customer service orientated Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Your role You will be responsible for supporting one of our Partners in Workplace Advisory and Disputes team with business development, client management and administrative duties. Business Development, Events and Client Management Support Event preparation and coordination of activities in conjunction with stakeholders as required Preparation of proposals/tenders/submissions associated with business development activities Preparation and communication of client related activities and events Diary and Email Management Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Manage and triage email inboxes and prioritise tasks for ensuring efficient use of time. Primary point of contact for internal and external communication. Coordinate daily client calls and marketing activity Administrative Support End to end file management including preparing for monthly billing Month end administrative activities as requiredDocument amendments and version control Manage and coordinate expense reimbursement, payment of invoices, booking of travel arrangements.
