Lead and support the All In facilitation team delivering statewide education that helps children grow up safe, respected and equal. ABOUT US The Women’s and Girls’ Emergency Centre (WAGEC) is a non-government, not-for-profit, charitable organisation that supports clients in crisis and advocates for social change in the community. By 'client', we refer to all women (cis and trans), families and non-binary people comfortable in women‑centric spaces. We work across Sydney, on the lands of the Gadigal, Wangal and Dharug people of the Eora Nation and our prevention activities extend across many Aboriginal nations and language groups. We seek always to work respectfully in partnership with communities and in accordance with local protocols. For over 45 years we have been doing this work in partnership with community, business and government stakeholders. Every night, we support 200 clients impacted by homelessness, domestic violence and systemic disadvantage. Equally, we seek to address the underlying causes of gender‑based violence through primary prevention activities to end gender‑based violence in a generation. PROGRAM OVERVIEW – ALL IN All In is a multi‑year primary prevention of gender‑based violence programme that works directly with adults. We engage early childhood education professionals, families, communities and other influential adults, giving them the skills, knowledge and confidence to actively challenge gender stereotypes that impact negatively on children in the early years. All In contributes to the primary prevention of gender‑based violence in NSW through delivering gender equality and respectful relationships education to influential adults in early childhood education and community settings. It supports the prevention of violence by providing influential adults with practical tools to support children in developing healthy, respectful relationships and valuing people of all genders from their early years. The All In programme is a major strategic and policy initiative funded and endorsed by NSW Government under the Pathways to Prevention Strategy. THE ROLE The All In Team Delivery Lead oversees the daily operations and management of the All In Facilitation team, contributing to the expansion of a unique statewide programme engaging early childhood professionals and influential adults. Reporting to the Program Manager, the All In Team Delivery Lead provides supervision, guidance, and support to a growing team of the All In Facilitators, ensuring consistency in the delivery of high‑quality workshops, training, and community education across early childhood and community settings. The All In Team Delivery Lead will be responsible for the quality assurance and safety of workshop delivery, overseeing the scheduling of delivery, ensuring that systems and project milestones are met, and providing ongoing coaching and professional development of the Facilitators. This role is focused on building a strengths‑based, collaborative, culturally inclusive statewide team that supports facilitation and delivers consistent outcomes for participating centres and communities. In the initial phase, the Delivery Lead will deliver the programme, support recruitment, induction, onboarding and mentoring of new Facilitators and ensure curriculum and content are fit for purpose across diverse community settings. This is a full‑time, 12‑month fixed‑term role with a view to extend. Option to be based in Redfern, or work remotely from Regional NSW. Regular travel required throughout NSW, some after hours, and weekend work. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE Guide and support All In Facilitators, ensuring high‑quality programme delivery, staff development and safety. Oversee and support the delivery of All In content.
