DXC Technology (NYSE:DXC) invites you to join our ANZ team as a Principal Oracle HCM Consultant where you will deliver strategic guidance to clients, oversee end‑to‑end solution delivery, and ensure HCM capabilities align with business objectives and industry best practices. The role requires deep functional expertise across Oracle HCM modules, strong client leadership skills, and the ability to innovate and drive transformation in HR technology environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and functional design activities. Configure HCM modules and ensure solutions align with best practices and client requirements. Advise HR and IT leaders on strategy, process improvements, and HCM roadmap decisions. Oversee testing, data quality, issue resolution, and overall project delivery standards. Present solutions to stakeholders and facilitate key workshops and design sessions. Mentor junior consultants and support internal knowledge sharing and methodology improvements. Stay current with Oracle quarterly updates and identify opportunities for system enhancement. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, including payroll and third‑party integrations. Proven experience serving as a functional lead or principal consultant on multiple full‑lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. Expertise across all Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly Absence Management, Time & Labour, and Fast formulas. Strong understanding of HR business processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. Oracle Cloud HCM certifications strongly preferred.
