Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for an NDIS Specialist Support Coordinator based in Prospect, SA, with flexibility to work from both the office and home. The Support Coordinator will assist NDIS participants in understanding their plans, connecting them with appropriate services, and ensuring that supports align with their goals and needs. Key day‑to‑day tasks include managing service agreements, engaging with service providers, providing case management support, advocating for participants, and monitoring progress toward desired outcomes. This role requires effective communication with participants, families, and external stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support participants, families, and service providers effectively Experience with case management and the ability to coordinate diverse services and supports Proficiency in customer service and building positive relationships Basic technical skills to navigate NDIS‑related systems and software Knowledge of the NDIS framework, processes, and guidelines is highly desirable Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Disability Services, Community Services, or a related field Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively Current driver's license, fully insured and access to a reliable vehicle. #J-18808-Ljbffr
