This position requires a significant amount of customer interaction, so the ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to provide basic technical support. What You'll Do Answer phone calls, emails and drive‑ins to address customer concerns with the highest level of response and attention. Return missed phone calls and emails promptly. Receive stock, pick, ship and transact materials inventory to support vehicle service needs. Accurately record parts transactions and data into Dealer Management System – attention to detail critical. Conduct transactions using systems; walk customers through order and provide summary. Escalate any issues that need to be addressed to correct inbound packaging issues from suppliers. Maintain records of time, expenses and materials. Communicate estimated parts ship and arrival time, including regular updates. Follow up with customers on parts order and ensure complete satisfaction. Perform other related duties as assigned. Help maintain cleanliness of service centre. Effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload, and meet deadlines. What You'll Bring Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in vehicle maintenance and repair. Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing. Experience with automotive equipment and servicing methods. Proficiency with DMS Systems, SAP, and MS Office Suite. 1–3 years’ experience in the automotive industry. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with the public. Maintain professional integrity and appearance as a parts advisor. Dealer automotive service experience a plus.
