We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, punctual and reliable individual to join our friendly Service team at our busy dealership as a Service Advisor. This position is a business critical role where customer service is at the heart of success. You would be the face of the team representing well established brands while building trust with our customers whether they're servicing their vehicle, needing expert advice to keep them moving, or making their next big purchase. Holidng customer service as the number one priority and be willing to go the extra mile for your customers is the key requirement for this role. The ideal candidate doesn't necessarily need previous experience as we can provide excellent training opportunities, but a desire to build a career within a growing business representing fantastic brands is a must. To be successful you will be articulate, possess the ability to communicate at all levels and will be highly organized. Ideal candidate attributes Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor Impeccable personal presentation & phone skills Friendly, welcoming demeanour and a team player Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to perform calmly and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Exceptional time management and organisational skills Conscientious and self‑motivated with a strong eye for detail Committed to providing exemplary customer service and always willing to go the extra mile Current and valid driver’s licence Full Australian working rights required About the role Full time permanent position Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5pm Attractive base remuneration structure plus a bonus system A friendly and supportive team Amazing company culture with a supportive management team Capital Subaru is a high‑performing dealership committed to delivering exceptional service.
