Lead Pharmacist – Workforce Development – Advanced Pharmacy Australia Description This role is part of the Quality team at The Royal Melbourne Hospital and involves leading the Pharmacy Workforce Development Team in a full-time position (part‑time may be considered on request). The role supports the best possible patient care through developing and enhancing workforce development programs and pathways across the Pharmacy Department. Your new role Lead and support the delivery of high‑quality education and training programs for all pharmacy staff and student placements at the Pharmacy Department. Develop and enhance workforce development programs and pathways across the Pharmacy Department. Contribute to high‑quality, safe and equitable clinical pharmacy services. Serve as an active member of the Pharmacy leadership team. About You Experience with clinical education in a hospital pharmacy setting and demonstrated leadership within a pharmacy team. High level of clinical skills, judgement and reasoning. Excellent communication and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise, plan, organise work and meet deadlines. Effective interpersonal skills, including negotiation with key stakeholders, conflict resolution, mentorship and fostering a positive work culture. Relevant postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or similar; a Master’s level qualification highly desirable.
