About The Role Excellent opportunity for a Clinical Assistant to join our fast‑paced clinic located across our Metro Sites including Booragoon, Claremont, Forrestfield, Quinns Rocks, O'Connor and Peel in a casual capacity. As a Clinical Assistant you will be responsible for Prepare CT and Ultrasound patients, including ID checks, attire and workflow coordination. Assist CT Radiographers with injector setup, positioning, and post‑scan care. Perform cannulation (if accredited) and monitor patients post‑procedure. Support Sonographers and Radiologists with Ultrasound‑Guided Procedures, equipment setup, and room readiness. Ensure accurate billing by liaising with clerical staff. Maintain clean, stocked, and well‑organised CT and Ultrasound areas. Monitor upcoming bookings and escalate any clinical concerns. You Will Have Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient‑centred mindset. Excellent time management and the ability to work in a fast‑paced clinical environment. Confidence in decision‑making and sound judgement to escalate matters appropriately. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to think proactively. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
