Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with a well established homebuilder based in Geelong known for delivering quality homes across multiple brands and market segments. With a growing marketing function and a genuinely supportive team, this is a full‑time opportunity for a Content Creator & Marketing Assistant for someone creative, confident, and ready to own the social media presence while learning across all areas of marketing. Create high quality social content including reels, videos, photos, and stories Get out on site to film builds, chat to people, and turn footage into engaging content Manage social platforms and maintain consistency across all channels Support the Marketing Manager with campaigns across digital and traditional channels Coordinate marketing materials and work with external agencies Assist with reporting, customer engagement, and admin tasks Contribute fresh ideas and stay up to date with trends What do you need? A natural flair for social media and confidence filming, editing, and creating reels Willingness to jump in the car, visit sites across the region, and be the face behind the camera Creative mindset with an outgoing personality and comfort talking to people Basic design skills via Canva or similar nice to have Marketing or comms qualification is helpful but not essential Strong organisational skills and desire to learn across all areas of marketing If you’re as excited about this opportunity as we are, don’t wait – APPLY NOW Interviews are being conducted immediately.
