We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator & Co‑ordinator to bring our listings, team, and community to life across social platforms. Our social media presence should reflect the tone and heart of our business – authentic, community‑focused and committed to exceptional service and solutions. About the Role Creating engaging photo, video, and story content for our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Writing eye‑catching captions that reflect our brand’s friendly, professional voice Scheduling, posting and managing content consistently Capturing and editing short videos (including but not limited to community collaborations, team highlights, client stories) Brainstorming creative ways to promote listings, build brand awareness and educate the wider community on our services Engaging with our online community and responding to comments/messages where needed Assisting in digital marketing campaigns, e‑newsletters and updating website content Supporting marketing events, promotions, and community sponsorships Monitoring analytics across all platforms Collaborating with the team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas What You’ll Thrive In Have an eye for visual storytelling and enjoy writing engaging captions Are confident using Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok and tracking new ideas and innovations in the social media space Are comfortable taking and editing short videos (on your phone or simple tools like Canva/CapCut) Are organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team as needed Ideally experienced in digital marketing, content creation and Meta and Google ads (but keen learners are encouraged to apply) What We Proudly Offer Flexible hours – we can work around study schedules, school hours, or other commitments.
