Jo Mercer and Wittner Australia, both part of The Shoe Group, are seeking a passionate and driven Regional Manager to oversee both Wittner and Jo Mercer stores plus concessions in NSW. The Role We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager to join our team, based in Sydney, managing the NSW area This is a great opportunity to make your mark and take the region to new heights. You will lead a team of 14 Store Managers (7 stores and 8 Concessions) and be responsible for the results and profitability of your area of stores. This is a true leadership role for a dynamic hands‑on retailer with strong footwear/fashion experience. You will focus on customers in‑store experience, provide open communication with your team to ensure they understand company direction, initiatives and are focused on KPI'S and results. Responsibilities Overseeing all day‑to‑day operational responsibilities across our NSW retail stores Provide continuous coaching, leadership, guidance and development of your Managers Drive a proactive approach to maximising sales and managing wage and stock loss Drive all operational standards, including inventory management, visual merchandising, loss prevention and OH&S Communicating with key stakeholders across the business Qualifications 5+ years multi‑site management experience of 5+ stores Strong commercial and retail acumen with strong P& L exposure A genuine love and understanding of our brand An experienced ‘hands on’ leader who can provide great mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to inspire your team.
