Regional Sales Manager – ACT/QLD/NSW/NT Ricoh Australia is recruiting a Senior Regional Sales Manager for the Northern Region (NSW, ACT, QLD & NT). Is This the Role for You? As the Regional Sales Manager you will drive the success of Ricoh’s Sales Teams (Direct and Indirect) across all B2B customer segments and portfolios. Reporting to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, this senior, customer‑ and people‑centric role requires a dynamic leader who excels at building relationships, mentoring talent and delivering performance. Key Responsibilities Sales operations across multiple branches, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. Guide, inspire and challenge teams to exceed customer expectations. Lead and support the region to deliver positive sales results by meeting KPIs while maintaining a high‑quality customer experience. Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand Ricoh’s Commercial, Government and Enterprise customer base and strengthen our presence. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners and stakeholders. Seek new business opportunities, secure contracts and collaborate with the Marketing team to promote the Ricoh brand within the region. Manage budgets, forecasts and regularly report actual performance against budget, including variance analyses and revised projections. Set performance objectives to ensure profitability and sustainable growth. Success Profile – What You Will Bring Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior sales leadership position. Proven ability to lead and manage multiple teams or sites, achieving KPIs and fostering a high‑performance culture. Extensive experience in budget management, forecasting and setting performance objectives. Strong leadership skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle complex operational issues. A commercial and customer‑centric mindset.
