This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and high-quality diagnostic environment. We welcome applications from candidates who hold CT(ASC) certification or are currently working towards achieving it. Candidates with experience in diagnostic laboratories and a willingness to participate in or undertake training in Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) procedures are strongly encouraged to apply. About the opportunity This position is based within the Cytology Unit of the Anatomical Pathology Department at Nepean Hospital. The Cytology Hospital Scientist is responsible for performing, or learning to perform, a wide range of non-gynaecological specimen tasks. A key aspect of this role is participation in Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) procedures to assess specimen adequacy and support real-time clinical decision-making.
