About the Position This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to step into a key leadership role within a busy, community-driven venue. With a salary of $75-80K, you’ll assist in overseeing daily operations across bar, bistro, and gaming while mentoring a small team and maintaining high service standards. Ideal for someone looking to take the next step in venue management within a supportive, professional environment. Position Description Support daily operations across bar, bistro, and gaming areas Lead and motivate front-of-house teams to deliver consistent, quality service Manage staff rosters, cash handling, and compliance procedures Ensure smooth daily service and uphold venue presentation standards Work closely with senior management to implement promotions and events Assist in stock control, ordering, and supplier management Maintain responsible service and workplace safety standards Position Requirements Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or supervisory hospitality role Proven ability to lead and mentor front-line teams Solid understanding of bar, bistro, and gaming operations Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organisational and time management abilitiesCurrent NSW RSA and RCG essential Assistant Manager | $75-80K | Lead daily operations across bar, bistro & gaming in a thriving Southern Highlands venue.
