Set in a beautiful 1850’s building the Moss Vale Hotel is the oldest established hotel in the area and one of the favourite watering holes in the area amongst the local people who refer to it as the Pink Pub. With some exciting renovations happening now and in the future, it's a great time to join the team You will be joining a loyal team of local and passionate staff who aim to continually deliver the best quality food and service in the area. About the Role As 3IC you will work closely with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of venue operations. You’ll lead by example, ensuring high service standards, supporting staff development, and maintaining an exceptional guest experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their leadership career. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional customer experiences. Support and lead the team, providing guidance and training where needed. Oversee stock management, ordering, and compliance with venue policies. Ensure adherence to RSA and WHS regulations. Assist in rostering and staff management. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently. Work closely with senior management to drive business growth and efficiency. About You Previous hospitality leadership experience (Supervisor/Shift Leader/Assistant Manager level). Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Passion for the industry and a hands‑on leadership approach. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Current RSA & RCG (or willingness to obtain). Why Join Us?
