You’ll play a key role in attracting exceptional talent, partnering with leaders across the organisation, and ensuring every recruitment experience reflects our values and commitment to excellence. What you’ll do Partner with hiring managers to deliver high‑quality recruitment services. Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders on recruitment best practices, compliance, and equity. Use contemporary tools (Seek, LinkedIn Talent Search, etc.) to proactively source great candidates. Support a fair, transparent, and “best person for the role” selection process in line with our Enterprise Agreements and legislation. Contribute to process improvements and innovative talent attraction strategies. What you’ll bring Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent recruitment experience. Sound understanding of modern recruitment practices, tools, and employment legislation. Experience with Targeted Selection methodology (advantageous). Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (advantageous). Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment.
