If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. About Goodstart Blue Haven Goodstart Blue Haven is an Exceeding-rated centre in all seven quality areas, and we’re seeking a passionate Educational Leader to inspire practice and drive high-quality outcomes for children and educators. In this role, you’ll be based in our preschool room, working alongside a vibrant team and supporting up to 48 children through an engaging, play-based curriculum. To allow you to truly influence pedagogy, mentor educators and lead quality improvement, you’ll also receive two dedicated off-the-floor days each week. As an EChO centre, you'll have access to onsite specialists—including speech and occupational therapists and a family practitioner—giving you the opportunity to embed inclusive, holistic practices across the program. You’ll be supported by an experienced Centre Director, strong team culture, and tools such as Storypark and the Key Educator Approach.
