Retail Merchandise Buyer – Head Office Opportunity (Roselands Area) Full-time | Permanent | National Retail Business A fast-growing national retail organisation is seeking a Retail Merchandise Buyer for its Head Office team. About the Role As a Retail Merchandise Buyer, you will play a key part in shaping and maintaining the product range within selected categories. Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you will help deliver a strong, customer-focused offering that supports continued growth across the network. What You’ll Do Your day may include: Assist in selecting, reviewing, and maintaining product ranges Support supplier engagement, negotiations, and commercial discussions Coordinate product launches, promotions, and category activity Analyse product performance and customer demand trends Work cross-functionally to ensure product flow, stock availability, and accurate information What You’ll Bring Experience in Buying, Merchandising, or a related retail/product role Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Confident negotiator with the ability to drive commercial outcomes Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset Why Us?
