Head Buyer – Bras N Things | Hanes Australasia | 10 month FTC Reporting to the GM Product Marketing, the Head Buyer drives the category strategy to deliver a commercial, profitable, and customer-focused product range. What you’ll do: Own the full product lifecycle – from range planning to in-store delivery Develop and execute seasonal and annual merchandise plans aligned to business strategy Maximize sales and profit through smart, data‑led range selection and allocation Lead new product introductions and exit strategies Build strong cross‑functional and supplier relationships to hit key milestones and drop dates What you’ll bring: 2–3+ years’ experience owning product/merchandise lifecycle Retail and buying experience Strong commercial, financial, and analytical acumen Proven leadership with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams Agile, proactive, and detail‑driven problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment Why HanesBrands?
