Astleys Plumbing and Hardware has proudly supplied building materials, plumbing supplies, and trade solutions to regional NSW since 1925. With a strong local reputation and a customer-first approach, we continue to grow and evolve to meet the needs of builders, contractors, and plumbers throughout the Central West. We’re now on the lookout for a driven Trade Representative to join our team and help grow our trade customer base across Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo and surrounding areas. What You’ll Do As a Trade Representative, you’ll be the face of Astleys for our valued trade customers. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, driving sales, and providing expert support to building professionals. Your Day-to-day Will Include Managing and growing a portfolio of builders, plumbers, and construction companies Promoting our wide range of plumbing, building, and hardware products Visiting job sites and trade customers to provide solutions and support Identifying new business opportunities in your territory Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service delivery What You’ll Bring We’re after someone who knows the trade and can talk the talk. Experience in trade sales, building materials, or plumbing supplies A solid network in the building and construction industry Strong communication and customer relationship skills A self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset Current driver’s licence (company vehicle or allowance provided) Why Join Astleys?
